We are here for you and your pet during this difficult time and would like to address some concerns that you might have.
According to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) there is no evidence that dogs or cats can contract or spread COVID-19, however, we are taking measures to protect our clients and employees from human to human transmission.
This includes increased cleaning and disinfecting door handles, countertops, restrooms and other surfaces frequently throughout the day.
In order to comply with recommendations for social distancing, we are temporarily changing our check in/check out procedures to prevent wait times in our lobby. When you arrive you will be placed in an examination room and one of the doctors will be with you as soon as possible. When finished, instead of checking out at the front desk, payments can be made in the exam room to make checkouts as easy as possible.
All employees and clients will be required to wear a facial covering as per Ohio Department of Health requirements. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing products will be readily available for our clients and employees to use as needed. You are encouraged to wash your hands with soap and water as needed.
